All new members and secondary accounts will have to begin at the rank of apprentice. As site founder I consider this a matter of fairness. If one faction begins new members or secondary accounts with increased rank, it is unfair to other new members/secondary accounts to have to begin at the rank of apprentice. Therefore there will be a uniform policy regarding this matter.

Also NPC's all have to be declared as part of a member's bio at the bottom of the page. If I deem that someone is attempting to circumvent the process by making a secondary account an NPC I will delete that NPC.

This will be site policy henceforth.
